Please review our salon policies before booking so every appointment can run smoothly and comfortably.

Cancellations & No Shows

A cancellation of any appointment requires a minimum of a 24 hour notice. If you cancel within the 24 hour window of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled with the credit card on file.

We understand situations arise that are out of our control at times. With that being said, the 50% of your service will be applied to your account when you reschedule.

No show appointments will be charged 50% of the appointment scheduled, and that balance must be paid before re-booking.

Late Arrival

We understand things happen, but unfortunately if you are 15+ minutes late, you may be required to re-book your appointment.

Time is everything, and being late reflects on every other client scheduled that day. If you are going to be late due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact the salon as soon as possible.

Children

Children are welcome when they are receiving a service.

Returns

Products and services are non-refundable. Appointments for hair adjustments must be made within 7 days of service.

Products are guaranteed for 30 days. If a return is needed, you may switch your product for a new one. We strive to make sure you always leave with what works best for your hair and lifestyle.

Sickness / COVID-19

If you are sick or have been exposed to sick individuals, we ask that you please stay home. There will be no penalty for cancellations due to sickness or COVID-19.
